Ormiale 2018+19 75cl et 150cl:

A blend of two vintages (60% of 2018 and 40% of 2019) and a blend of two grape varieties, Merlot 80% and Cabernet Franc 20%. All bunches de-stemmed by hand, as usual, indigenous yeasts, aged in 500 and 600L oak barrels, no collage and no filtration and zero sulfite added. Bottled by gravity, no pump, in July 2022 for 3108 bottles and 198 magnums.

Secmillon 2021 75cl: 

Our first white wine. 100% sémillon. Direct press and fermented with indigenous yeasts in a 350L cherry wood barrel and more or less 20 dames-jeannes. All aged in dames-jeannes. No collage, no filtration. No sulfite added. Bottled by gravity in July 2022 for 630 bottles. 

Lies 2021 75cl: 

A blend of lees and sediments of Malbec, Sémillon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Aged under flor for 9 months. No collage, no filtration and no sulfite added. Bottled by gravity in May 2022 for 395 bottles. 

James 2021 75cl: 

Sparkling, "méthode ancestrale". A blend of Malbec 90% and Cabernet Franc 10%. Aged on lees and disgorged on demand. No collage, no filtration, no sulfite added. Production: 876 bottles.

Oxi 2021 75cl: 

Lees and sediments of Sémillon, aged under flor for 9 months. No collage, no filtration, no sulfite added. Bottled by gravity in May 2022 for only 42 bottles. Not for sale.
